An exciting year, next year!
Something I've been keeping under my hat for a while now.
I'm applying for an exchange program to study abroad, in France :D. To the Institut d'études politiques (IEP) de Grenoble. So far I was the only one to raise my hand for the oppertunity. I'm undertaking intensive french language studies, organising my schedules for the next year. It'll either be in Grenoble (I seriously hope!! France <3, I've missed you!) or Slovenia, which will be so beautiful, too! I'll be able to drive to see my relatives near Brno, in the Czech Republic. I've missed Paris so much, but <3. As much as Praha!
But nothing can compare to the Lourve and Mon Martre. My fellow bohemiennes, sigh!
Today I broke my hairbrush in half while poofing up my hair for the ballet. All the strengthening products and hair-thicking agents must be really working, whoa.
The next ballet is in September, The Little Mermaid. After that is My Fair Lady, which will be stunning <3. Then Wicked, coming soon. I hope I don't miss out because I'll be in europe when it opens :S. We get a month off for easter, I think. Hopefully that means I can come down for Supanova (and do the costumes I've promised), and Wicked.
Rocky night soon! Excited :D I've missed being Magenta! And I'll be bringing along two 'virgins' for some fun, heheheheheh.
Repo is coming out soon. I have most of Amber Sweet already. I have a Pavi and Luigi lined up. A possible Repo-Man. I'm so hoping I can convince a Shilo and Mag, and maybe some utter spunk to be our Graverobber. The more I hear of this rock opera, the deeper I fall in love!
Omg, reminds me, when in France I need to check the Opera schedule in Paris. SIGH.
This semester, oi, I have my double degree to do (40+ hours a week), a few hours a day of french, I need to finish work on the Blade Kitten/Alamo short comic for Steve (it's taking a long time, but it's going to look so good when she's done. I've done my finest painting and penciling here). Costume work, lord. Let's not forget the intensive psychological treatment for my chronic panic disorder, either! |
